Hello
I was diagnosed with PCOS last year and took clomid for 5 months, my 21 day bloods shower ovulation from January but despite continuing with the clomid I haven't fallen pregnant.
We saw the consultant again today who basically said there is nothing more they will do on NHS, she is now doubting the PCOS diagnosis and she is speculating that my current infertility is due to an autoimmune issue affecting my egg quality
To avoid drop feeding I have been pregnant 4 times before: miscarriage, successful pregnancy, miscarriage, miscarriage. The last miscarriage was 2 years ago.
They have said they want to do an AMH test to check the quality of eggs etc but she is worried that the autoimmune condition is affecting my eggs. Does anyone have any experience of this?
They have said my options are gonadtrophin (sp?) Or IVF both of which we would have to fund privately and tbh we just don't have the money so I'm feeling pretty down
Any advice?
