Thanks - interesting read.

I tend to go on evidence based treatment - however I had it on my successful cycle but didn't on my failed cycle. So despite knowing the logical thing in the future I would always pay again! Lol

Hoping2018 - did it hurt - I have immune issues so think it may be beneficial for me but I have read on some discussion boards that it is super painful - what was your experience? can you have it done under sedation?

It hurt but so short lived! I didn't even take paracetamol.

Hurt more the day after - cramps period pains and I had to leave a social thing early as so uncomfortable. But I couldn't find anyone else online with similar so I think that was just me!

My clinic refused to do the scratch on me. They said as there's no evidence and can sometimes do more harm than good, it wasn't for me at this point
