So for the past few months now I’ve been convinced I might have have PCOS.
I’ve always had oily skin and acne since I was 15 which I know my acne is hormonal related and it gets really bad at times.

I’ve got crazy hair loss and you can tell my hair is thinning at only 22?!

I barley eat and yet I’m gaining weight.

I’ve come off the pill 6 months ago and have only had 2 periods since then I don’t know if that’s because of the pill though?

I’ve been trying to conceive since I came off the pill and still nothing.
I have crazy ovulation cramps and PMS!
What are the other symptoms to look out for I know there’s so many?

I think you would get more of a response if you post this in trying to conceive as most of the people on here are going through ivf and been trying years.

Good luck

I have PCOS my main symptoms are :
Higher levels of testosterone than is normal
Extreme pain in my stomach area, including during intercourse
Pain and bleeding during and or after intercourse
Irregular or non existent periods
Difficulty getting pregnant
Multiple cysts on ovaries detected by Ultrasound, left ovary worse than right

However I also have endometriosis which adds to the issues as well which wasn’t diagnosed until I have a diagnostic laparoscopy

It certainly sounds like your hormones are our of whack! I have PCOS and my skin becoming oily and spotty, and hair thinning were main symptoms after coming off pill. Since being diagnosed I've read a lot about pcos and it can be incredibly variable, and is also very common. I've been following a pcos diet for a few months and it has made a huge difference to my skin and regulated my cycles - this might not work for everyone but has been worth it for me. If it doesn't help me get pregnant then at least I feel better! X
