Semen Analysis - Ring for appt.

Has anyone had the doctors call and ask you to make an appt following sperm test and everything be alright?
Husband got call yesterday and were wondering if it's a bad sign.

Unfortunately I don't think they'd call you in if it was normal - not enough nhs resources for that. Sorry x

We had this and it turned out his results were poor. There is lots which can be done to fix poor sperm though, so don't worry! It's also very common, though I only know this from chatting to friends about their DPs - don't think men chat to each other about it. Good luck xx

It's likely they were not normal. They will probably recommend another SA and suggest next steps. It doesn't mean that it's a terrible thing. There are a range of results and they may want to give lifestyle advice etc to try and make improvements. Try not to panic.

I'm afraid it was the same for us.
