Clomid-please give me some success stories!

Hi I've just started my period after 2nd month of clomid although last month dp was ill and we couldn't dtd at the right time so it's more like the first go! Anyway I was looking for success stories to keep me going. Please share! TTC number 2- dd was conceived naturally and I have chocolate cysts.

My DS1 was a clomid baby!
Cycle 1 50mg - didn't ovulate
Cycle 2 100mg - ovulated but didn't conceive
Cycle 3 100mg and the one that worked!
Hang on in there, I found it a bit of a rough ride but it worked. Best of luck!

5 cycles, with a drug induced 6 mth 'menopause' after cycle 4 to clear a giant chocolate cyst and endo...

And I'm currently sat at gymnastics with DD aged 6.

Thank you! I love hearing the positive stories. @Coolaschmoola sounds like you had a really tough time. Glad it worked out. I have been given the option of laparoscopy too but trying the clomid for now.

I had the laparoscopy first to check my tubes were clear - if they aren't Clomid won't help.

Well I had the blue lap and dye test and they were clear but when I had my last scan they said that the cyst could be causing swelling around my tube but that wouldn't prevent me getting pregnant both the sonographer and consultant said that. So I have another appointment in 3 months.

I hope so! It's all a bit confusing at times.

DD conceived naturally second month of trying (I have PCOS). Periods didn't return afterwards. Currently 5+2 following BFP on second round of clomid 50mg! Would strongly recommend using a temping app - and ignoring the arbitrary 21 day test - I ovulate on day 22 on clomid! We dtd every day for ten days - poor DH - and I stopped drinking booze and coffee after 1st cycle. Good luck XX

I fell pregnant in my second round of Clomid with my first DD. My second DD was natural conception 18 months later.

1st round = DS (12 and current,y feel that it should just be S😂)
2nd round (just used left over pills) = DD 8
