Is anyone taking this? My consultant told me to take 300mg once daily. I bought it from Holland & Barrett but it's crazy expensive. Are there any reputable cheaper online sources? IVF is so expensive as it is! Thanks so much :)

I used to buy it 3 for 2 from Tesco.

I am taking ubiquinol which is the natural form of Q10.They sell it in Holland and Barrett but it is very expensive so I bought it from Amazon. They are different brands but the one from Swanson is less expensive around £25.i only take 100 gr as I am not doing IVF yet but I am the process of application.

I took it along with some other supplements and a diet and got pregnant. I don’t know how much was due to these influences obviously.

Hi I agree stupidly expensive ontop of ivf I took ubiquinol which is the natural form of Q10. I bought it from Amazon - Swanson is less expensive around £25 but if you are like me and have to take 600gr the bottle doesn't last long. I haven't found it cheaper anywhere else.

I buy ubiquinol too from Woods Supplements online. They do buy two get one free. I think they also sell co-enzyme q10.

AndCallMeNancy · 12/06/2018 07:47

I think if you take ubiquinol you can take a lower dose as it’s a purer form? I take 200mg a day.

AniSL · 12/06/2018 08:44

I am taking Ubiquinol as my consultant said its easiky absorbed due to being a more natural form, co10 isnt fully absorbed and this is why you will need more. I buy Solgar from ebay ir Amazon, works out cheaper

cannonball8726 · 12/06/2018 09:04

Thanks all. I'll go with the Solgar. H&B have sale at mo - or will buy from Amazon if cheaper. Did you ladies continue with Coenzyme Q10 until 2WW?

Thanks again :)

I took the ones from tesco, but stopped once I’d had the eggs retrieved - seem to remember I’d read something saying that’s when to stop, but can’t remember exactly!

3 months supply for about 25 quid...cheapest I have found!!
