Antisperm Antibodies

I'm just looking for some advice/support and experiences of this. We found out yesterday that Dh has 70% antibodies in his sperm (one of them 68% and the other 70% but not sure which way round)

We asked if this meant we can't conceive naturally, but the Dr said it doesn't mean that, and we should keep trying for another 8-10 months and then have icsi.

From what I've read, it seems that this chance of conception is very low and I wonder if it's just wasting time and delaying the inevitable!?

Anyone else had similar experiences? Has anyone had the results change over time?
