DH and I have been TTC DC#2 ( my second, his first) for 21 months. We had SA results back on Thursday which showed low count, low motility and low morphology but also moderate levels of tail-tip anti sperm antibodies. Does anyone have any experience of this? Dr Google says that ICSI is the only way we can really conceive naturally and I’d really appreciate any tales on this.
