Monitoring kits

Hi all
So frustrated with NHS and waiting for answers. I feel like things are out of my control. Me and hubby have decided to get one of them fertility monitoring kits. Any advice? Do they work? I have Pcos

They detect the surge in hormones, generally oestrogen and lutenizing hormone. The trouble with PCOS is that generally your LH levels are a bit all over the place, which is the same reason why opks can be a bit hit and miss with pcos.
