Anyone good at interpreting test results?

Hello, I've named changed just because I'm about to post medical info about myself, but was hoping someone would be able to help me interpret these test results (I can't get a GP appointment for a few weeks).

I am 40 years old and have been TTC for 8 months. Are these results ok or disastrous in terms of conception? (I've tried googling, but getting conflicting info):

AMH: 3.1
FSH: 8.5 (day 3)
LH: 5.9 (day 3)
TSH: 3.82

Thank you so much to anyone who can help!

Your tsh is high, which means you will need to start taking levothyroxine. Nice guidelines recommend it to be below 2.5 in the first trimester. Your Amh is a tad low, but probably age related. Fsh is good so your reserve is pretty ok!

And you don't have pcos.

@physicskate thank you very much. I'm already taking thyroxine so guess I need my dosage adjusted. I really appreciate you taking time to answer :)
