Referred for nhs treatment at Southend hospital. Does anyone know what happens next?

Hi!

I've been referred for fertility treatment at Southend hospital. Nurse appointment in May then the gynaecologist in July. It's been such a long wait to get here and so so many tests. Has anyone been referred through Southend? I'd like to know what happens after the gynaecologist appointment, is it more waiting and more tests or straight through to a clinic?? Is there then a wait at the clinic? I have low amh and only 7 follicles, time is precious.
