Fertility Massage or Acupuncture

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone has had a fertility massage or acupuncture before there treatment and what people thought of it, do you think it helped? X

I have had both. Had two fertility massages, one last year which I wasn't impressed with and one yesterday which I found amazing. Katie (the therapist) was amazing, she performed the massage well, advised that my uterus was relaxed and in a good position- which is great for IVF success rates. Overall well worth the money and hope it will help when I commence my first round in the coming weeks.

I also had acupuncture, this I didn't find useful but the practitioner was again amazing and explained that some find it beneficial, however, because I am pretty relaxed about things, it wouldn't have the same effect as those who may be more stressed

Hello I have had two previous failed attempts at ivf and have finally got my first ever bfp last week. I decided to try acupuncture this last time and I can honestly say that it totally relaxed me. I was also put on additional medication but I feel that the acupuncture really helped me x

I have also had fertility reflexology too which I found good too. I think it's an individual thing but the fertility massage is the best option as it helps prepare the organs that are vital to conceiving and giving birth

I’ve had fertility massage which I found really relaxing my last two attempts. Obviously it didn’t give me that BFP but did help me relax so I had one this time too.

I’ve tried acupuncture once before but was put off as they tried to flog me lots of teas and herbal remedies too! Xx
