Flying after TWW

Hi, has anyone flown just after their 2 week wait? We are due to try again in May and go on holiday at the end of June just wondering whether anyone else has flown during this time?

I flew a day after embryo transfer as had cycle abroad. Cycle was successful. There is no evidence it does any harm - a holiday will help you relax! Good luck x

We are having our treatment overseas next month and asked the consultant would the flying home after transfer be detrimental, she advised there is no evidence to suggest it would cause any problems

Thank you, my mum is making me panic as she thinks it's not a good idea but I didn't think it would be a problem.

Another one here who flew a few days after embryo transfer. Cycle was successful. I was also told that there is no evidence to show that flying is detrimental in any way.

You’ll be fine. I did extensive (and I mean really extensive) reading about this and it all said it would be fine and it was.

I flew two days after I tested positive even though I was slightly bleeding which was either implantation bleeding or the second embryo coming away I think.

The result of that pregnancy will be six in a few weeks Smile
