Exercise/yoga after ET?

After a horrible 6 month wait, I'm at last on my FET cycle with my ET due next week. Assuming everything goes well and my embryo defrosts ok, I wondered about exercise following transfer.

I usually do a bootcamp 2-3 times per week which is intense cardio stuff that leaves me knackered. Very good for my mental health but I'm thinking maybe leave off that for a few weeks? I also do gentle yoga classes 3-4 times per week to balance this and wondered if it would be ok to carry on with these as they really sort my head out!

Has anyone here done low intensity yoga in the 2ww? I am unsure what to do as I know you're not meant to do it in the first few months of pregnancy (though I don't know why!)

Thanks x

I don't have a clear answer but I asked about exercise etc to my nurse after transfer. She said take it easy and basically don't do anything you would best yourself up about if you got a BFN. So basically if the embryo didn't implant would you start feeling bad about the yoga and think that contributed?

Whoever does your transfer may be able to give you an answer?

Thanks hoping2018 I will ask at transfer...was just interested to hear what others had done.

I'm not sure I would feel bad about the yoga if I got a BFN, it's very gentle, beginners level and it really helps my brain! I would feel bad about the high intensity exercise though.
