Blocked tubes

Has anyone on here conceived naturally but then found their tubes were blocked? I am trying to find out if anyone had this before, what to ask/say to my fertility doctor. I conceived naturally on my first pregnancy and now Im trying again with no luck whatsoever after a year and a half (have PCOS and underactive thyroid). I was told to take 1500mg metformin daily and 50mg levothyroxine daily along with 50mg clomid days 2-6. This is my 3rd month of treatment and I feel deep down that this will be another month with no positive result. My fertility doctor mentioned that I can have my tubes checked or have drilling, if the first 3 months of treatment doesnt work. Although he mentioned that since I got pregnant before I shouldnt have a problem. But I am worried in case I am wasting my time on drugs and would like to have my tubes checked. Has any of you found out that your tubes were blocked even thought at first you were ok?

My Situation sounds very much like yours. I had a hycosy last month after 5 failed rounds of clomid but they didn't find any blockages so I have been prescribed another 3 months worth. If that fails then my only option is IVF as i already have a child :-( Are you being monitored on the clomid? May be worth upping your dosage ?

Had a scan on the 1st month of Clomid but was told they dont need to monitor me for the 2nd or 3rd as they found I respond well with the 50mg. I guess they will offer me a higher dose of Clomid when I will go and see them next. I will ask if its worth checking the tubes as well. Me and my husband left it too late. Now its the right time and it doesnt happen!
