Anyone else feeling low today?

Another Mother's Day and I'm no closer to being a mum than I was when we started TTC three years ago. Three pregnancies in that time, too. Currently awaiting a natural FET but my ovaries aren't playing ball. Even a quiet lie in with DH feels a bit empty today. We are just past the due date of my second pregnancy so today feels especially painful. Sending to anyone else hurting today.

Thank you, Bigger. It really is an accomplishment that we carry on through so much grief, isn't it? Apologies for the selfish moan but really struggling today.

I've cried three times already. I've had a first trimester mmc. Stillbirth. Second trimester mmc.

My stillborn son would be 2.5 now and I just can't stop thinking of him running around making it a lovely day for me.

On top of that he is buried with mil so we have had to go to the cemetery this morning to take flowers for her to the grave they share. Fucking awful.

Sorry you are feeling low too. Shit day for us.

I was going to write a post myself like yours. Also 3 years ttc. One lost pregnancy. Nearly 4 years since I was last pregnant.

I'm so sorry for your losses that's just so very cruel and the timing of today with your due date

I have just had my first ivf cycle. I started to bleed in my tww this week and negative test yesterday. So seems it's failed.

Completely get the emptiness. Flowers for you too

to everyone. We've just had our first unsuccessful cycle of ICSI. At the age of nearly 42 it feels like motherhood is quickly disappearing from my grasp. I also lost my mum last year which makes today even more poignant

Hugs to you all. Nearly 9 years TTC before our miracle actually arrived, but I have NEVER forgotten the hellish 8 Mother's Days when all I wanted to do was curl up in a corner and block out the world.

Just be nice to yourselves, and sending huge hugs.

What an incredibly tough journey you have had . Its so lovely to know you got your miracle. But it never can leave you those years of pain of not being a mum before your little one arrived.

So kind of you to post on here for us.
