Tripple whammy

Did a prenatal check as I am 38 and not conceiving despite 4 months TTC. The doctor advised me that I have a cervical polyp and an endometrial polyp that occupies 60% of uterus and needs to be removed. On top of that my AMH is 1.42 which is a lower than the 2 cutoff. Apparently I was ovulating fine.
He also checked my partner who has now got a diagnosis of teratoazospermia with Kruger criteria of only 1% with no obvious cause. Already on zinc. He is younger than me and no health issues.
Am going to go ahead with removal of polyp anyway. But fertility expert advised us to try as soon as possible due to low AMH. Apparently we are probably looking at IVF with ICSI.
So still reeling from all three pieces of information.

That is a lot to be dealing with but you know where you are with things now which means you can move forward.

Think positive you went and got checked and now know you have an issue. Looks like the most sensible thing is to move forward at pace. Good luck.

Thanks for the support. We are still processing but I guess with time we will accept and just have to deal with it.
