Anyone resistant to Clomid but NOT have PCOS?

tried Clomid but didn't work at all. Still not ovulating. Looking online 80% respond to Clomid and those that don't generally have pcos and it talks about trying metformin etc. However i don't have pcos. So what next? I'm awaiting an appointment with a Gynaecology consultant but I'm feeling very depressed and negative about it all. For my D3 bloods tomorrow and dreading my AMH result.... apparently it takes 10 days to come back which is going to be agony.

Hi have you had your oestrogen checked? If it’s low then you could have hypothalamic amenorrhea instead. I have this although was incorrectly diagnosed with pcos as it causes polycystic ovaries but not the syndrome. Didn’t ovulate with clomid but do with injectibles X

I had it done on my day 3 bloods this week so awaiting results but thyroid was ok so suggests pituitary/ hypothalamus are ok

Sorry also to add I don't have amenorrhoea.... My cycles are regular around 26 days. I just don't ovulate.

I didn’t respond to clomid until after 6 cycles got pregnant but the had a mmc. I then got put on letrozole and got pregnant first cycle, I have pcos and struggle to ovulate naturally. Metformin was never an option for me as they said I wasn’t overweight therefore it would be pointless,

When you see you didn't respond to Clomid do you mean you didn't get pregnant or you actually didn't respond and didn't ovulate? As not the same thing.

My gp said she'd only give Clomid for max 3 cycles if no response so I'm guessing you responded but just didn't get pregnant? I literally don't respond to it.... don't ovulate without it and don't ovulate with it either
