Has anyone read this book? Would you recommend it?

It's a good book if you are looking for tips that might help, it's so hard to say because I think it helps some and not others but it's good quality and worth a try

I'm reading it after 3 failed ivf likely due to poor egg quality, despite being 31. I'm going to try her advice as much as possible before one more attempt with my own eggs later this year.

I think the book is good as it explains the evidence behind everything and gives lots of practical advice to things that might help improve egg quality. I think it's worth a try.
