One day period?

I’m on month 15 of ttc. No pregnancies yet. Had hormone test and SA done and a few internal and external US including a 3D internal. So far everything appears normal. Lining is good, hormones are fine, SA fine, good number of follicles etc. I’m waiting for an appointment for a SIS/HyCoSy at the moment.

Period background: since ttc (and for a good while before that) my periods have been a bit on the rubbish side. Generally though, they stay the same. Medium flow/dark red bleeding on day one. Light brown bleeding day two then brown spotting for 2-3 days. My period started on Sunday. Had the usual cramps so stuck my mooncup in. Had a bit more bleeding than normal but not enough for me to class it as a heavy flow. Mooncup came out, back in again the next morning and taken out around 3pm when I got in from work. I expected my usual brown bleed. There was maybe a pipettte drop’s worth. And I haven’t had any bleeding since. When I go to the loo, I will always have brown blood when I wipe for at least 4 days. But I’ve had none. I had the teeny tiniest bit of brown tinged cm this morning but nothing other than that. Usually having a BM “helps” the blood along (so sorry for that imagery) but nope, nothing after that either.

I’ve literally had a one day period. Obviously I’m not pregnant as the first day bleeding was dark red and medium flow plus I had cramps alongside that. But I am wracking my brains for reasons why it’s simply vanished. I’m no more stressed than usual, haven’t changed my diet dramatically, not taking any different supplements. I did google but it’s just telling me pregnancy which I know it’s not. Have any of you experienced a random period like this where you had just one day of bleeding and then absolutely nothing else, even though you normally bleed or at least spot for longer than a day?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
