Clomid timing

My gp has prescribed me Clomid to start taking on day 2.
AF arrived really late last night at around half 11. I was up late so normally I wouldn't have noticed until this morning.
Question is.... is day 1 yesterday or today?

Today. My ivf clinic used midday as the cut off and said the first morning you wake up with proper period bleeding was day 1
