Hysterosalpingography (HSG) on NHS inside M25

Hi, I need an HSG done as part of ivf treatment outside of UK. Am looking for approximate prices for this as I’ve read anything from £400-£1500 and done say it’s under GA others with no local or anything.
We live inside the M25 but to the South West of London but are happy to travel reasonable distances for this test.
Any recommendations - especially if you can advise on prices!!
Thanks in advance!!

Can't recommend privately as we just had it routinely under NHS fertility investigations. But I'm really surprised anyone is talking about needing a GA?! It's usually a 15 minute procedure, with a small catheter up your cervix and an x-ray/scan. Doesn't require any cutting or anything that would usually cause significant pain. I can't think why they'd do an uneccessary GA for such a procedure?!
As an aside my was much longer and very painful and to be honest I would've rather the risk of a GA but my experience was very very unusual.

Lister clinic. Good clinic. Do a lot. Was about £500 6 years ago.

Thanks Ruby, I was surprised both by the cost and the GA as I have been told by my fertility consultant that it’s similar to the HyCoSy I had 2 1/2 years ago and that was merely uncomfortable (in fact, I found the ET last month about the same!)
Outputgap, thanks for that on the price; am waiting to speak to a couple of local private hospitals to see what their charge is.

I might be totally wrong but I thought they were almost exactly the same except one uses x-ray (HSG) and one uses ultrasound (hycosy)? (So perhaps also slightly different dyes to pick up contrast??)
I was supposed to have the hycosy but the wait was long because the clinic (NHS) never had appointments due to being only one day a week and the Dr taking leave a lot. So they suggested HSG (different NHS clinic at same hospital) in the end as a pretty much identical alternative with more availability. I honestly have no idea why it'd be a GA, even with my shitty experience of it! What a waste of money and a silly risk for no reason! 😊

I don’t understand it either - or the cost!!
