Additional testing, sperm frag, nk cells

Unfortunately after yet another missed miscarriage I find myself researching additional tests to help towards a successful ivf cycle.

My history- I've suffered a blighted ovum after taking clomid, sac continued to grow so had erpc to remove last year. After 2 failed transfers of what we were told top quality blasts I had a scratch before my 3rd transfer of 2 good quality embryos which resulted in a single pregnancy, heartbeat seen at 7 weeks but at 9 week scan it showed it had stopped so waiting again for Erpc.

We are fortunate to have 1 fresh cycle left but feel like I don't want to waste this chance and just go again without gave no additional tests.

What are your thoughts on nk cell and cykotines testing? As well as sperm frag testing? We are willing to pay for these tests as NHS won't do them unless I miscarry for a 3rd time which obviously I'd like to avoid.
Where can I get these tested without already having to cycle at that clinic? Unfortunately my current clinic doesn't believe in these tests. I have contacted Agora as they are close to me but won't test unless I sign up and have treatment with them.

Thanks

It’s very strange that they wouldn’t do preliminary tests without you forking our for a cycle. Normally you only pay for a cycle when you’ve decided to go ahead with it and the initial tests are paid as you go.

The point being that you could ask some other clinics. I know my dr does immunes (dr Ndukwe at Zita West).
