I have just had my first baby after 3 years of trying and ovulation tracking which ended with IVF. Diagnosed with PCOS I have always had periods like clockwork which would indicate a mild form of the condition but we struggled to get pregnant.
My midwife visited me after the birth and gave us the contraception talk and how easy it is to get pregnant soon after your first baby. But does this apply if you have PCOS? Or even a while after 1st baby?
I would love to conceive naturally and not have to go through the emotional and financial turmoil of IVF again. Does anyone have experience of PCOS and getting pregnant soon after?
