Has anyone started an IVF cycle with Progynova?

I’m about to start my first cycle next week. They said I’ll be down regulating first and have put me on 4 Progynova tablets per day.

Looking online Progynova does not appear to be a down regulation drug. It seems to be a drug used to thicken the uterus lining post transfer.

I’m confused!

I think Progynova thickens the lining but also shuts down the ovaries. Having said that, my clinic didn’t use it for downregging.
