Has anyone been to this before and would you recommend it? There are lots of interesting sounding seminars but l can't decide if it would be a helpful day out or confusing and depressing!

We just had a BFN yesterday from our 1st round if IVF and I'm looking for things to focus on to feel like I'm doing something.

I've seen the ads on the tube and had a look at one of the leaflets at my clinic. Seemed like more of a sales oriented event so I didnt consider going.

Thanks meadowlark3 yes I'm unsure myself. The seminars sound really good though but they are £3 each per person (on top of a £12 entry fee) so that could really add up.

ha ha just realised that sounds stupid when we are spending thousands on IVF!

I haven't been. My thinking is that it's all about sales and I wouldn't choose an ivf clinic based on the friendliest rep at the show.

Thanks JoJoSM2 I was more interested in the seminars as we are happy with the clinic we have chosen but I'm not sure how useful they would be and whether they would be worth the price!

I was recommended to go by my IVF consultant. He will be there too, and will introduce me to a couple of specialists also attending the event.
