Failed to split-end of the line?

Hi, you guys have sorted me out before, and I'm hoping you can again.

The embryologist has just called, and even though we fertilised this time (through icsi), the cells have not divided evenly (2 then 3). He tells me that this is due to a chromosomal disorder with either the egg or sperm.

I'm remarkably calm at the moment, and waiting for the nurses to ring me back (procedure at our clinic). My question is, is this the end of the line for us?

You need to talk to the doctor re next steps. They will need to consider the bigger picture to advise, for example number of goes, age, type of problems etc.
