Post pill amenorrhea blood tests

Came off the pill (Dianette) and haven't had any periods. Doctor wants to test to see if there's anything underlying such as PCOS. I've been asked to go for a blood test to test certain hormone levels. From what I've read, there are best days to do this. E.g. looking at LH and FSH, you should go around day 3 of your cycle. I don't know when to go as I'm not having periods so don't have a day 3 to go on?! The doctor didn't specify a day though. But I dont want to mess up the results by going at the wrong time.
Has anyone been in this position? Can you help me ? Thanks.

How long have you not had a period for? I had this, secondary
amenorrhea, I had two months with no period, was ttc, and not pregnant, they were going to put me on fertility drugs, but I found out I was pregnant at the third month, I'd already seen a hospital consultant who then went on to manage my Pregnancy as they were concerned about dates and couldn't date accurately.

I just had the blood test, there was no question on dates, the doc didn't mention it either, no issue with hormones, and I was confirmed as not pregnant by the blood test, a scan and the consultant examining me. I was ovulating, simply not bleeding, which no one was expecting.

The doc would have specified a date if they thought it was important so just have the test.

You can have the blood tests done according to calendar days so I used to go on the 3rd and 21st of each month.
