Mixing Menopur

I'm starting Menopur today, previously used Gonal-F, in my box I have one vial of powered and 2 syringes of liquid. Do both liquids go in the one vial?

Thanks for the reply! There's 2 of the same syringes with liquid, 1.1ml.
