Where to start

I feel so down and just looking for some advice as I am not sure where to start.

My husband is suffering from ED. He can't get an erection and when he gets one, he is unable to maintain it. We have been unable to conceive.
All tests from doctor have come back fine. We are now looking to go private and just doing some basic research to find out which treatment will be available for us and if anyone can recommend a clinic to us.

There are NHS clinics that will treat such situations with IUI on either an NHS or private basis. Their private fees tend to be reasonable.

It would help for clinic recommendations if you told us which region you're in.

I am in London but can travel anywhere. We have a child already so not sure that we will get any treatment on NHS.

If the medical tests on your husband have been fine, wouldn't it make sense to try couple's psycho-sexual therapy? Could help not only with conceiving but also with your life as individuals and a couple.

If you pursue IVF, there are quite a few good clinics on London so probably no need to travel elsewhere.
