Hello I'm new to the forum. I suffer from irregular periods due to my polisyitic overies. I do not ovulate so my doctor put me on Clomid. I'm on my first time on Clomid (have felt so sick and around ovulation had the worst nights sleep also I am eating anything in site lol) I started my Clomid tablets wed 2nd august and finished Sunday 6th august. I think I ovulated 16th/17th august (only cheap tests but both had two lines these two days) I did the deed just before during and after ovulation. I really felt movement and had cramps during this time, Iv had the Clomid symptoms of feeling sick sore nipples etc. I was waiting for the two week period and today I had a pink very light spotting on my tissue when I went to the toilet. I took a cheap test and nothing and I bought a clear blue test (the early test results one) but it said not pregnant. I'm confused if this is the implantation and I could actually be pregnant or if it's the start of my period. I rang the hospital and a nice lady rang me back after speaking to one of the nurses and said that I can take it as a period as sometimes Clomid can make periods very light and I can take another test in the morning and if it's negative take my tablets (day 2 of my cycle) can any one give me advise please I am scared to take the Clomid again and be pregnant (or am I just wishful thinking) or I'm scared that I wait and it is actually a period and then I have to wait another month to bleed. Sorry for the essay I just want to put everything in xx

If this is implantation spotting, it will probably stop then take a few days to get a positive test result. If bleeding continues, it's probably early af. I wouldn't count spotting just on wiping as day one. Do you generally get really light periods?

Not much to be done but wait and see, really...

Thanks for your reply my periods have been like this but the last couple I have had I have been on for at least a couple of days the last period I had was 4 days. I think I am going to hope it is implantation and take another test in a weeks time I'm just so scared I don't want to cause any harm if I was to take Clomid again tomorrow x
