Buserelin/ IVF / Messed up cycle? Whats going on?

Usually my period last 5 days and am pretty regular like 30 days.

Had failed IVF cycle last month, strange period after, lots of sporting at end, went on for 10 days.

Am now on day 43 and no period yet.

Waiting to get period do we can start next FET transfer.

Am worried that the buserelin (took in about 2 months ago) has put me into an early menopause because am feeling quite hot/sweaty sometimes at night?

I don’t know what to think!

Any advice?

Have you discussed it with your consultant? I was on Buserelin too, had no transfer but got my period 10 days after egg collection.

Yes I got a period after egg collection so failed IVF cycle.

But still waiting on cycle now...consultant wasn't very helpful...said wait and see

Unfortunately all the meds you put into your body for the ivf can play havoc with your cycles...I've read a lot of ladies have messed up cycles after the period from EC. Which doesn't help with what's already a stressful situation...but if you honestly don't feel something is right then make sure you ask again or visit your gp for advise.
