Does PMS make anyone else cry uncontrollably?

This.

I get to 11/12 DPO and I just ball and ball. Public transport is the worst.

I've been trying all morning to pull myself out of it but the tears just keep coming.

This will be cycle 22 of trying, to give this some context.

So is it anything to do with PMS or is it being upset over not getting pregnant?

PMS-wise, it's reasonably easy to get improve/get rid of symptoms with a healthy diet and lifestyle.

If you're very upset about not getting pregnant- have you had many investigations and test? Usually, couples see a doctor after trying for a year unsuccessfully.

Oh jam I get really upset too. It's the worst double whammy to get the bad news while pmsing!! It definitely affects my ability to do my job!!

Surely the appointment coming up soon gives you something to look forward to??

Btw, you don't need to keep it together for anyone. If crying makes you feel better, it's ok too. We both know I'm not coping, so my advice sounds hollow.... but you got this. You've survived this long, you can make it.

Jojo it's a combination but probably more to do with infertility. We're done with all the tests and are in the unexplained camp , waiting to start IVF. Lifestyle wise I'm pretty good especially diet, but I could do more exercise.

Thanks Kate xx I am definitely looking forward to the appointment but I'm pretty scared too. It feels like a huge risk. So much invested emotionally and nothing guaranteed.

That's good - you've got the ball rolling and will soon get some help. Hang in there and good luck :)
