What's next? Advice would be great thanks

I'm 31 been trying to get pregnant for 5 months now.
I went to my GP and she did some bloods,day 3,21 etc all normal.
Today I went for a ultrasound and everything was fine,no PCOS,no cysts ,she said my right ovary was about to release a egg this month,it's been 2 weeks since my last period.
What happens next? What other tests can they refer me for?

No signs of issues?
Only trying for 5 months?

Oh, honey. I feel you. Recently, my cousin also got her uterus and ovaries removed. She also has this cancer in her ovaries, which was spreading more and more in her body. So, now after getting her uterus removed, she also realized that she can't even give birth now. Well, still her cancer didn't go, as she is having chemo now. She is just so young as she was married as she was 19 and now being 21 and not able to have a child is such an unfair thing I suppose...She also gets these anxiety attacks, which are binding and eating her from inside. I've suggested the couple to go for adoption. But, they are very rigid and keen about having their biological child. Plus, just like you; they are also considering surrogacy. They have also consulted many doctors and clinics about it. I hope people like you're able to get the gift of having a child in your lives. I wish your life's misery converts into fortunate.
