It's been so long since my visit with the nurse I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. I shut one nostril, put the plastic tip in the other side, spray and sniff...sort of at the same time/just after pressing the spray button. Yesterday, I had a quite bitter taste in the back of my throat but today I didn't, so I did an extra spray in one nostril.

Any idea if this sounds right? Is there a way to tell if the medicine is getting in correctly?
