Hi ladies! I would like to ask some advice to my problem. I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and I was in hormonal treatment but that doesn´t went too well because I didn´t feel good with the treatment and I left it. But now I am trying to have a family and It´s been really hard for me to get pregnant. So any advice will be really appreciated

As you are a newbie I should warn you about the spam posters posing as infertile people on here, advertising a dodgy clinic in Kiev, Ukraine. You can imagine how terrible their clinic must be if they have to use such tactics to get new clients. It must be the worst clinic in the world. Usually their posts are terrible English but sometimes they use copy and paste to make their posts a bit better but they are still slightly off so you can still tell. Anyway, good luck!

Also so many of the spammer begin their posts 'hi ladies' and then talk about hormonal problems so probably everyone is going to think you are a spammer. Sorry!

Oh, btw the name of the worst clinic ever, who can only get new patients by spamming sites with fake posts is called BioTexCom. Avoid them at all costs, they have no ethics or morals.

OP - surely you should give your previous treatment another chance? Ask if there is an alternative? With such vague info (like what 'hormonal treatment' were you trying) it's hard to give more advice than seek out medical treatment...

Following a very strict diet and supplements helped me conceive naturally with pco
Inofolic and ubiquitol. No sugar refined carbs processed food and lots healthy plant based foods.
Infertility treatments includ ing ivf over 6.5 years never worked for me either
