IVF at ERI

Hello! New to Mumsnet, and also to IVF waitlist at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. After TTC for 4 years, I have just finished one year on Clomid with unexplained fertility, and have just joined the wait list for IVF.We have been told that current rates of starting treatment within 1 year are sitting at 100%. What has been the average wait for anyone at ERI to start treatment? Thanks!

Also new to Mumsnet. I just joined right this second!
I am also doing IVF at ERI. (About to start FET).
We were referred February 2016, and started IVF February/ April 2017. So, exactly a year!

Once the process started, I found time to go in really quick actually.

Thanks for getting in touch! Did you have clomid treatment first? Today is actually the day we have been put on the waitlist for IVF, and am already dreading that it may take another full year for anything to start happening....

I didn't have any clomid or fertility treatments before, as our issue is male factor. We did both go through some private tests beforehand, because I needed to feel productive, but it wasn't needed.
Try do lots of nice things while you wait. I was constantly counting down the months, weeks and days... which didn't help with my patience!
