4 Embryos in Freezer - Advice Please

We did our first IVF embryo transfer recently and it failed. I had slight implantation pain a few days after 5 day transfer, positive test and then couple of days later a chemical miscarriage.

We have 4 other embryos in freezer.

What is the procedure for transferring frozen embryos?

Will I need to do buserelin again? Will I need to do down regulation again?

(I was on the long protocol)

Will they just scan me every day and they transfer when lining looks right?

Also am worried as they used our best embryo first time for that failed transfer.

They said 3 embryos are at 5 day blastocyst.
5AB (fresh transfer failed)
3BB
4CB

They said 2 more embryos are at 6 day blastocyst.
4CB
5BB

Are above blastocysts average quality? Or bad or good?

Would appreciate any advice?

Start of period I contacted clinic. They told me what dose of progynova to take. Think was 4 for 3 days then 6 - 2 x 3 times a day spread out

Day 12/13 went for a scan to check lining

If all looks good then fet will be 6/7 days later - usually day 19/20 of cycle

Think 5 days before fet , after scan and lining good so fet been confirmed so about day 14/15 take pesseries. 400 am and pm so 800

Tho does vary per person. Some I know take 1200

And yes I did back to back. Jan failed fresh and did fet Feb which also failed

Another fet July - 5th attempt and this was the only time I had a bfp !!

Was stunned

A year and 3 days ago I got the 2/3w preg on test

dd is now 4mths old

It's awful when cycle after cycle fail :( - we had 4 but amazing when works but Obv each failure take it out of you and you have the emotional mental and In our case financial pressure as well as all were private as couldn't get ivf on the NHS

You might be able to have a frozen transfer on a natural cycle if your cycles are regular. It's worth speaking to the clinic about what they recommend

All those embryos are good quality - they wouldn't have frozen them if they weren't!

Good luck Flowers
