Low Progesterone Help/Advice/Stories

Hi! This is my first post and I am new here :)

We have been ttc for 13 months now with no luck. We have been recently seeing GP's and getting some tests done. I've had an ultrasound and they said womb looks good but couldn't see ovaries. First blood tests were fine, but then I had the day 21 and 28 day blood tests which showed low progesterone, as in less than 1 on both days. Husband's sample test results are in but they won't tell him until his appointment, which is after my gyno.

My af is a bit irregular (28-35) but I do spot usually 2 days ahead of time and that month I had the tests I started af on day 30.

I have been referred to gyno and going next Thursday. I'm really nervous and would like to know what to expect and also hear anyone else's stories similar. Or any advice.

Should my husband go to the appointment with me? Should I expect an exam or tests? What is good to ask?

I have no idea what to expect or anything but ive been to the drs today and shes booked me in for blood tests for when af is due and around when im ovulating.
Been ttc for 7 months but every month im always late. My cycles can vary from 33-60 days.
Want to sit here and cry. Never had this issue with conceiving my son :(

Sorry i cant be much help as im only at the beginning stages. Just thought id let you know that you're not alone x

Thanks pocket. Sorry for your struggles as well. I was supposed to have my gyno referral appointment the 27 July but just got a letter saying they moved it to 31 Aug, called and they can't do it sooner. Just sitting here really down at the moment. Seems like everything is going wrong now :( Really hope things start to look up for you x

I hate when that happens. Makes you so angry because this our lives they're "rescheduling". You'll have to keep me updated on your progress my lovely.
Is it just your hormone levels they're testing? Xx

So far that's all that has been wrong, I'm not sure what they'll do at this new appointment as I've only been dealing with GP so far. Really have no idea what to expect! xx
