Boosting oestradiol levels?

Hello all,
I've just received my day 3 blood test results from my GP and my oestradiol level was only 18 pmol/L. I know I have low AMH (1.6) and high FSH (14.4) which I can do little about but is there a way of boosting estrogen levels quite significantly? I have been adding flaxseed to my porridge but I think I need something a bit more substantial! Many thanks for any advice.

What's the benefit of increasing oestrogen levels? Won't it be the same as high fsh- i.e. It is what it is? Sorry, I know about fsh and amh but I'm not too clear on the impact of the oestrogen level. What did the gp say?

Thanks Chatty. She said it should be at least 70 but is not as an important marker as FSH and progesterone, (which will be measured via the day 21 test). Perhaps I'm worrying unnecessarily?

What have they said about the fsh and Amh? Have u been trying long? How old are you (sorry if that's nosey)?

I have low amh - was told this 4 years ago. I've had 3 pregnancies and 2 live births since.

Thanks, I think you kindly advised me on another thread a little while ago, Chatty. I am 41, incredibly fortunate to have one DC but no luck conceiving again in the 18 months or so that we have been trying this time around. Trying to do all I can in terms of nutrition and supplements whilst acknowledging that my chance of a successful pregnancy with such low ovarian reserve is slim!
