High progesterone ..blood tests,what's wrong?

I'm terrified now.
Had been trying for 6 months to get pregnant no luck.
Went to doctors, they did my blood tests and when I rang they said normal /satisfactory.
I went to see her today she said the only thing was slightly high progesterone.
When I got the blood test it was about 9-10 days before my period and my pms symptoms had started (sore boobs etc)
Could this have been a reason for the slightly high progesterone?
She mentioned PCOS but said the rest where fine and she would have thought they would have showed up something.
Anyway She's sent me for a ultrasound which she was planning to anyway but I'm terrified now.
I'm googling ovarian cancer or infertility.
I should have asked for levels really but I didn't.
This has scared me.

Not a doctor but worked with hormones bed at a menopause clinic. The beauty of progesterone is that there is literally no such thing as 'too much.'

Tbh I'm totally confused as I always thought progesterone was better high than low and showed I ovulated.
The doctor didn't even ask when my last period was so I don't know how she could think the progesterone was slightly high..surely it changes through out the month
