sorry for all my posts i can't seem to find my answer online.

My cycles for the last 10
Month have been 31-33 days
Last month I had day 28 and it came back at 7.5 indicating no ovulation.
Today I had a very painful hsg and it showed my left tube to be open but I hardly saw any dye in my right so it is completely blocked. The nurse said I can get pregnant with one tube, but i have to wait for appointment with specialist now.

But my cycle last month was 42 days.. Is this because my body tried ovulating from the right Fallopian tube ? And is this why my progesterone was so low ?

Will I ovulate from the left Fallopian tube this month ? And will I get my af on time ?

You don't ovulate from your fallopian tubes. You ovulate from your ovaries, and this happens completely independently of whether your fallopian tubes are clear or blocked (or not there at all). Your fallopian tubes are a conduit to move the egg/embryo towards your uterus, so they're important, but they aren't involved in making ovulation itself happen/not happen. (It's also technically possible for an egg to travel down the other fallopian tube than the side the egg was ovulated from.)

I know you're really stressed about your progesterone level but I think you'll just need to wait for the appointment with the specialist to find out more about that - and, as I've mentioned before, it's not especially uncommon for women to just randomly have the occasional anovulatory cycle so this may just have been a one-off weird month.
