Blood test showed no ovulation. Shall I still start temping and charting

As the title says really!!

And anyone know what progesterone levels indicates ovulation? Mine was 7.5

They say anything over 30 shows ovulation. Might be worth checking again to make sure it was done on the right day or you could have just had a anovulatory cycle this month.

I asked the dr that!!! I said is day 28 too early seeing as though my cycles are anywhere from 31-33 he said no!! But I'm not at all convinced, especially having lots of pg symptoms. I'm certain I've had a chemical pregnancy

Both can be unhelpful if there are irregular cycles. Would stick to blood tests instead as these are far more reliable.

You need a diagnosis first and foremost.

A level of 30 or more is what is looked for re ovulation.
