Recurrent Miscarriage & Losing weight!

I had my appointment at the recurrent miscarriage clinic today and was told what I already knew that I need to lose weight to help my chances!

Two years ago I joined slimming world and lost two and half stone and I couldn't of been happier at the time, I then fell pregnant and lost him at 17 weeks so slimming world was on pause whilst I got myself together and I didn't end up going back, however I have over the past year and half put majority of it back on, and I feel so disappointed in myself. I know myself that I need to go back and I'm just finding the courage to go and walk back through them doors.

Anyone in the same boat or any success stories of being obese then losing weight and falling pregnant?
