Avoided sex this month

I haven't had sex once this cycle. I need a month off from the disappointment of not getting a bfp and think about something else. Urgh

Take a rest. You need it. It gets such a chore. Though i am missing now I havent had it for 5 weeks throughout my IVF Sad

I took months off a lot (took us 4 years and ivf to conceive) I loved our breaks, they saved my sanity (and I do like sex, just not ttc sex!)
