Urgent advice please! Re synarel

I'm on my 3rd cycle of ivf. Poor ovarian reserve and previously poor response to atoms, further complicated by early ovulation.

Despite poor response, it was felt that long protocol was safest to try and reduce risk of early ovulation.

I'm on day 3 of stimms, having been down regulating with synarel for 2 weeks. I have been taking 2 puffs of spray in each nostril twice daily and have just realised it should be 1 spray twice daily.

I don't have an out of hours contact number- have I ruined all chance? Should we abondon cycle? This is our only NHS cycle. I am so panic stricken. Any help greatly appreciated.

Don't worry, OP, I'm sure it will be ok! I spent the first few days of my first ivf cycle sniffing the synarel with the cap still on, so you're definitely not the only one to make a mistake with the dose. Do what biggerboat suggests. Fingers crossed for you - good luck for the rest of your cycle!
