IUI / natural IVF in 40s?

Does anyone have experience of either in early/mid 40s? I'm blessed to have two DC conceived naturally at 38 and 41. Nothing going with #3 so thinking of trying even tho I know chances are low now that I'm 44.

Wd love any advice or to hear experiences, good or bad.
