Agnus Castus

I haven't tried this as it seems to have mixed reviews - but desperation has set in so I'm thinking of doing so... has anyone successfully used agnus castus and got pregnant - also, I'm worried that I read something about it not being good in pregnancy, so how did you take it, how much and when? Pre-ovulation? Thanks!

Yes I took it after months of short luteal phases and periods all over the place- and am expecting baby to arrive this week! I took it every cycle until I got a positive ovulation test then stopped until my period started again. I definitely think it worked for me.

Hi hobbes just to give another perspective, I took agnus castus and it actually made me not ovulate for that cycle (and I always ovulate), and had only a 22 day cycle that month.

Really freaked me out as I thought I'd messed up my fertility even more, stopped taking it and ovulated again next cycle.

It obviously works for some but for me it had the opposite effect

It really messed up my cycle when I took it
