Optimal thyroid levels

Are there any thyroid experts out there? I recently sent off blood sample for testing my thyroid as I've always been told it's 'normal' but didn't know what my levels were and I have a number of symptoms (some mild, some less so) that make me wonder if all is right in that department since I had my DS almost 4 years ago:
Anyway, symptoms are:
Very low resting heart rate despite not being an athlete (40BPM)
Lowish blood pressure since pregnancy with DS
Tired a lot despite getting plenty sleep
Could fall asleep at any time of day
Feel the cold
Often dizzy when I stand up
Hair much dryer since having DS
Long heavy periods & shorter cycles since having DS
Unexplained secondary infertility...
(Which is obviously why I'm investigating everything so manically!)

Anyway, blood test came back in normal ranges but when I looked around online I see that they could be considered outside 'optimal' range...
see attached image. can anyone tell me if a doctor would help with this or tell me I'm fine and to go away and stop worrying..??
My Results are:
TSH: 1.46 mIU/L
Free T4: 15.22 pmol/L (1.1824 ng/dL)
Free T3: 4.62 pmol/L (3.0076 pg/mL)

Thanks!

Just to add none of my results are good or optimal and they still won't do anything for me!

Hi physicskate - sorry to hear that your levels aren't good - I don't understand why the doctor won't help you? That's awful if yours are clearly outside the range. Do you have obvious symptoms?
I know I must sound ridiculous with my numbers being 'normal' but I don't feel normal and I'm desperately looking for answers to why we can't get pregnant... x

I think tsh around 1 is optimal for fertility.
Mine is 2 something now and gp said its fine. I started on throxine with ivf clinic when tsh was 3.5 im not sure what level they aimed for but think it was below 3.

Hobbes, might you be a bit anaemic? I think that could match your symptoms too.

Have you had your iron, ferritin, vit D, B12 and folate checked as they can cause similar symptons? Thyroid levels look ok. TSH is highest first thing in the morning before eating so the time the blood was taken does effect it.
