Spotting/bad cramps on the pill?

I'm on the pill til nearly the end of May when I'll start my donor egg ivf cycle (yay!) but I've been having awful cramps and spotting. I started the pill 4 weeks ago. I've not been on it in years but I assume this is normal, right?

Yes it's normal. Ive been taking the pill for the last 3 weeks and I've had mild cramping and twinges on my lower stomach. Nausea too. Good luck with your cycle
